Underground at Heart
Vandalism Label Group is an independent music organisation born from a deep passion for underground electronic music. Our mission: platform artists who push boundaries, challenge convention, and refuse to compromise their sound.
Founded and built by the late Dubphone (Claudiu) in 2012, the group grew from a single imprint into a multi-label family spanning distinct sonic territories. His vision continues to guide every release we put out.
We operate across four imprints — each with its own identity — united by an uncompromising commitment to quality and artistic freedom. All imprints operate exclusively under the authority and ownership of Vandalism Musique®.

The Story So Far
A decade of underground music — four labels, hundreds of releases, the legacy of a founder.
Dubphone
Dubphone, born Claudiu, was the founder and soul of Vandalism Label Group and a defining presence within the underground electronic music scene. A true veteran of the craft, he established Vandalism Musique® as a vehicle for music that refused the mainstream, built with integrity, intention, and a deep respect for the dancefloor.
Beginning his journey in 2007, he developed a sound rooted in minimal deep tech, hypnotic dub textures, and stripped-back grooves. His music was never designed for trends, but for spaces where authenticity matters most — from intimate basements to late hours where real culture exists.
Through dedication and consistency, Claudiu expanded Vandalism Label Group from a single imprint into a multi-label organisation, including Vandalism Musique®, Vandalism Black Series®, Seve17een™, and Paradise Circus Music™. Each label reflected a different dimension of his artistic vision, uncompromising and carefully curated over time.
His work earned the support of internationally respected artists such as Lee Burridge, Hernan Cattaneo, Maceo Plex, Richie Hawtin, Blondish, and many others. From his early roots in Bucharest, performing at venues like Studio Martin and Silver Afterhours, to international stages across Europe — his journey led him to cities such as Valencia, Barcelona, Berlin, and Ibiza, where he made his debut at Space Ibiza alongside Carl Cox in 2014.
He was recognised within Romania through multiple nominations at the Nights.ro Awards, including Best Romanian DJ, Best Romanian Production, Best Radio Podcast, and Best Breakthrough Artist. His discography — spanning releases on labels such as Get Physical Music, Kindisch, and Akbal Music, in addition to his own Vandalism Musique® — continues to resonate with listeners worldwide.
His catalogue remains available. His work continues to be played. We continue in his name, preserving the foundation he built and ensuring that his music and legacy remain present.

Terms, Privacy & IP Notice
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and all referenced provisions (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern access to and use of all services, platforms, releases, and related activities operated under Vandalism Musique®, Vandalism Black Series®, and Vandalism Label Group / Vandalism Musique Group (collectively, the "Group"). By accessing, distributing, publishing, or interacting with any content associated with the Group, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2. Operational Structure
Vandalism Label Group, also operating as Vandalism Musique Group, serves as the central operational entity overseeing all affiliated imprints, including but not limited to:

- Vandalism Black Series® (Reg. No. 4278995)
- Seve17een™ (unregistered trademark)
- Paradise Circus Music™ (unregistered trademark)
- Rhythm_c Romania™ (unregistered trademark)
All affiliated imprints operate exclusively under the authority, ownership, and control of Vandalism Musique®.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership

All sound recordings, musical compositions, artwork, metadata, branding, and related materials (the "Works"), regardless of the imprint under which they are released, are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Vandalism Musique®. Use of any imprint name does not grant, assign, or imply any ownership rights.
4. Trademark Protection
Registered trademarks: Vandalism Musique®, Vandalism Black Series®
Unregistered trademarks: Seve17een™, Paradise Circus Music™, Rhythm_c Romania™
The designation "Vandalism Label Group" is not a registered trademark but is used as a commercial identifier representing the collective structure of affiliated labels. All affiliated branding derives from and is controlled by the registered trademarks above. Unauthorized use of any registered or unregistered trademark, or confusingly similar names, constitutes infringement and will be subject to legal enforcement.
5. Scope of Rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No party may reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Works without authorization; use trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent; or misrepresent ownership or affiliation.
6. Content Ownership Across Imprints
All Works released under any imprint — including Seve17een™ and Paradise Circus Music™ — remain fully owned by Vandalism Musique®, legally protected under centralized copyright ownership, and subject to unified trademark governance. The imprint name does not alter ownership status.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Distribution through third-party platforms (Beatport, Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, etc.) does not affect ownership. The Group retains full rights regardless of platform hosting, distribution channels, or licensing arrangements. Any platform hosting content without proper authorization may be subject to legal enforcement.
8. Copyright Infringement & Takedown (DMCA)
To report infringement, send the following to [email protected]:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Proof of ownership
- Your contact details
- A good faith statement
- An accuracy statement under penalty of perjury
False claims may result in liability. Valid takedown requests will be processed promptly.
9. Prohibition of Scraping & Data Extraction
Strictly prohibited: scraping, data mining, automated extraction, and use of bots or AI systems to collect or reuse content, unless expressly authorized in writing. Violations may result in legal action under intellectual property law, database protection law, and unfair competition law.
10. Confidentiality
All internal processes, metadata, rights structures, and business operations are confidential. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse may result in legal action.
11. Disclaimer of Warranty
All services, content, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available." No warranties are made regarding accuracy, availability, performance, or fitness for purpose. Use is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Group be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, data, or business, or platform-related disruptions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vandalism Musique®, Vandalism Black Series®, and all affiliates within the Group against any claims arising from misuse of content, copyright infringement, or unauthorized distribution.

Security and fraud prevention: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Communication and service provision: Consent / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
14.5 Retention
Access logs: up to 90 days. Email correspondence: up to 3 years.
14.6 Data Sharing
Personal data is not sold. Shared only with hosting/service providers (Art. 28 GDPR) and authorities where required by law. International transfers are protected via Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
14.7 Your Rights

Users may not infringe intellectual property, distribute unauthorized content, misrepresent ownership, or engage in unlawful activity. Violations may result in termination and legal action.
16. Changes to Terms
The Group reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed exclusively by Spanish law. The trademarks Vandalism Musique® (Reg. No. 4278987) and Vandalism Black Series® (Reg. No. 4278995) are registered under Spanish and European Union trademark law. All disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Toledo, Spain.

19. Final Statement
All Works, branding, and associated intellectual property are centrally owned, controlled, and enforced by Vandalism Musique®. Any unauthorized use will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
